SESSION 4
Consistent customer experiences across channels

The Identity Solution Bytes series, 30 minute bi-weekly lunch & learn sessions, is designed to address the challenges faced within digital identity.

In Series 3 we are focusing on Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) and the content will be positioned for those keen to learn more about the role Digital Identity plays within the online customer journey, taking things back to basics.

Each session will address a different aspect of how you can register, retain and migrate customers whilst offering a first class experience across all channels!

Session 1: 10th June
Topic:  Registering new customers

Enterprises always want to gain new customers, but the registration process itself is often the barrier. How can we make this experience better for both the enterprise and the end user?

In this session we will show how you can easily construct an optimised customer onboarding journey by reducing the number of steps a prospective customer is required to complete, using the ForgeRock Identity Cloud.

Session 2: 24th June
Topic:  Retaining your customers - Securing and streamlining their experiences

Once you have a new customer, the next challenge is to retain them and keep them happy. How can you ensure in meeting your security concerns that you put the customer experience first?

In this session we will show you how using techniques with the ForgeRock Identity Cloud you can both enhance the session security and reduce the friction for the user experiences to the absolute minimum - and without Passwords!

Session 3: 2nd September
Topic:
Migrating Existing Customers

Transitioning identities from legacy systems to modern IAM systems can be a challenge. How can The ForgeRock Identity Cloud do this seamlessly without enforcing password resets and prevent inconsistent user experiences.

In this session we will show you how identities can be migrated to the ForgeRock Identity Cloud seamlessly without impact to the user in terms of user experience or forced password changes.

Session 4: 16th September
Topic:  Consistent customer experiences across all channels

Enterprises connect with their customer through multiple channels, so how do we maintain a consistent user experience whilst optimising the different particular user experience requirements for each?

In this session we will show how you can use the ForgeRock Identity Platform to configure dynamic user journeys that take into account the contextual specific requirement from different channels to optimise the experience

SESSION 1 - 20th October

Pursue passwordless and usernameless authentication

Speaker: Jochen Raymaekers

It's common knowledge that passwords are unsecure, difficult to manage and inconvenient to use. With 81% of hacking related breaches leveraging stolen or weak passwords as well as more services migrating to the cloud combined with password fatigue, it is time to look for alternative authentication mechanisms.

We will show you how:
  • to configure a traditional username and password based user journey and with the ForgeRock Identity Platform
  • evolve this into truly modern and frictionless passwordless and usernameless journeys with ForgeRock Go.

SESSION 2 - 3rd November

ForgeRock Autonomous Identity: AI-driven identity analytics

Speaker: Dennis Haake

Traditional approaches to governance do not scale well and turn into rubber stamping exercises. Let us show you how you can use Ai and machine learning to effectively identify and target the real risks to your business, e.g., reduce over-licensing costs.

In this webinar, you will see how
  • ForgeRock Autonomous Identity can be used to collect and analyze identity data, such as accounts, roles, user activity, and entitlements, to identify security access and risk blind spots

SESSION 3 - 17th November
The managed Identity Directory Store expands

Speaker: Jochen Raymaekers

In this session we will look into the need to modernise in order to support new digital business use cases: Organisations are challenged by legacy Directory systems that are built on monolithic architecture and imploding under the pressure of today’s digital business usecases.

The systems of today cannot adapt to the agile delivery methods being adopted by most organisations, whereby enhancements are delivered within weeks, not months or years
  • Where privacy regulation come in place
  • where entitlements must be managed within more applications
  • devices and user constituencies across multiple cloud platforms.

SESSION 4 - 1st December
How can you consistently deliver easy and secure experiences to your customers?
Speaker: David Adams

Introducing ForgeRock SDKs. Users today expect every interaction with your organisation to be easy, personalised and secure.

Identity is the best way to achieve this, and traditional approaches pose a challenge in minimising time to value. The ForgeRock approach is different - join us to learn more.

We will show you how you can accelerate your project and innovate with ForgeRock SDKs:

  • Reduce risk by building in security best practice
  • Accelerate your digital transformation
  • Increase engagement with your customers
